Treatment in our clinic
On your first day we will perform the dental treatment so that, if any additional adjustments are needed, they can be scheduled in the next few days while you are in the country. Lamicq Dental Care is located in San Francisco de Dos Rios, just 40 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from downtown San Jose.
Welcome to Samara Beach
During the day, you will arrive at the hotel in the center of the small coastal town and check into your room. Samara offers everything you need for a relaxing stay on the beach: various restaurants, bars and cafes, a supermarket, small kiosks, stores and tour providers - you will surely love it here!
Turtle nesting
Occasionally, you may see turtles swimming or rays jumping. The tour includes a snorkeling stop. Between July and November, you can choose the turtle watching tour, which departs at 7 pm and takes you to the Camaronal Natural Reserve, where you will see turtles laying eggs. Wear dark clothing so as not to disorient them. If there is a massive arrival of turtles in Ostional, the tour can be rescheduled.
Free day
Several beach bars in Samara invite you to linger. If you prefer to be more active, you can rent a bike and explore the surroundings, including the neighboring Carillo beach, surrounded by palm trees, or take a stand-up paddle tour through the mangroves. The gentle waves make Samara an ideal place for beginner surfing lessons. You can also enjoy horseback riding on the beach and play volleyball.
Return or extension
Last day in the country and it's time to go back to the airport, but do you want to stay longer in Costa Rica? No problem, we can organize it for you and find more activities for you to enjoy and extend your stay longer.
